I'm not sure what you mean by a remote starter.

In some areas you can find B30s all day long in junk yards.
In many places you can find B20s even more easily. You could
probably just pull the rockers off of 1.5 B20s or the whole
thing from a B30 and be done with it.

I think that for new parts, you will want to go to
kgtrimning.com; they will have replacement rocker arms and
other assorted stuff, including cams.
