I've always just taken this stuff to a garage that does suspensions.
They've never had problems or done anything incorrectly, usually it takes
them a day and isn't more than $100 if I bring the parts to them myself.
I do this because I figure the car'll need an alignment anyhow and I'm
scared of springs blowing my head off (but on old volvos you don't need
to be scared of such things).
