what to be done at 60k miles (960 '97 sedan) 900 1997

The timing belt should be OEM factory installed at this mileage, so there shoulkd be no record of its replacement. The interval is 70K, so sometime between now and then, you should have it changed.

I concur that the plugs, filters and fluids should be changed, although I think the fuel filter has a longer life than the air filter. I suggest Mobil or Amsoil tranny fluid after a flush. Replace coolng system with Volvo anifreeze. Inspect hoses and change thermostat as SOP. Change out brake fluid. Don't forget the flame trap.
