Elusive rear end clunk 200 1987

Over the two years I've owned this '87 244, I've replaced front and rear trailing arm bushings, all four torque rod bushings, installed stiff springs and turbo sway bars. I just can't isolate and remove a clunk which occurs when the car goes over nasty ruts or dips. It's not the takeoff/reverse/takeoff clunking you get when your r.t.a bushings are shot; it sounds like I've got padded cinderblocks being dropped in the trunk.

Any idea what I'm missing?
