Power Window Problem 200 1990

Driver's side window won't go down. All the others are working fine. Are there any micro-switches in the door that cuts the power to the motor to prevent it from getting damaged when it reaches it's end-of-track? or is the motor? It was working fine yesterday, but refuses to today.....I pull the panel off and have a look around....anything I should look for in particular?
