Leaky brake failure sensor 200 1980

I don't know what to call this thing. About the size/shape of a fat metal finger under the master cylinder. It distributes the hydraulic lines to each brake, and in the middle has the sensor dealy--which leaks like mad. Can I replace just the sensor, or do I need the whole assembly? Is this something I can/should do myself?
