Issues w/ my new to me 85 760 Turbo 700

Hey now,

I bought a 1985 760 turbo for $500.00 two days ago.
I picked it up at the shop after they put on new front brake pads.
There are a few quirks, as you would expect from a car with 192000 miles.
For example. The antenae is stuck in the down position. The switch feels soft, like it is not actually connected. What would be the best way to fix that?
Also, the interior is shot. Is it possible for me to replace bits and pieces at a time?

Please forgive my inexperience. I had a 79 242 for a few years in my youth, but sold it because it wasn't sexy enough. The thing is probably still running.

Anyway, it's good to own one of these monsters again.

Hoyt
