King Pins and Other Suspension fun. 444-544

It is time to replace my king pins. I have a set I picked up off ebay, but I do not have the tools to insert and ream the bushings. Is this something I can expect most competent machine shops to be able to do properly?

I also have a question about the threaded bushes that are used on the control arms(a-arms). The manuals states that when you fit these threaded bushes back together that you should "Check that there is clearance. This should normally be 0.3-0.6 mm." What type of clearance are they talking about? Do they simply mean the joint should move, or that there should be clearence between the bolt and bush? between the control arm and knuckle?

Thanks,

Mario
