Where can I go to get tech help w/ my 87 740 gle. 700 1987

I have posted twice on this board and only been asked more questions. I have not received any hints or ideas.

87 740GLE nonturbo 2.3L Auto
Won't start

The engine turns over, I have spark, I have no power to my fuse panel while the engine is starting, once i release the key it is ok. But, I need to have some power to the front external fuel pump(right?) I do not get power to the fuel pump until I release the key from the start position to the run position and then only for about 1 & 1/2 sec. I disconected the fuel line in the engine bay to confirm this. Again no fuel while starting but a good stream of fuel shot out for about 1 & 1/2 sec after I stopped cranking the engine.

I changed the fuel control relay, No help.

Does anyone know where I can find a schematic for this car? If I had one I know I could figue this out.
