84.5 turbo won't idle

Look for a vacuum line or turbo hose disconnected, If the thin one at the metal intake elbow (pass side, has two ports for lines) pops out, this is exactly what you get. Same if the turbo hose has ruptured or come off, anywhere. Then too, the fuel pump relay can lose only the frequency valve circuit, and that can be a running problem, usually not as bad as you have.
I would bet you have a broken or loose hose.
