Front end messed up? 200 1987

Oh I almost forgot, theres something up with the front end. Tires wear on the very inside of the tread on both wheels at an alarming rate. Car pulls the the right but not too hard, the steering wheel needs to be held at the 11 O'clock position to be able to drive straight down the road. When I hit 60 MPH the steering wheel starts vibrating pretty good. 14" tires are all set at 34 lbs, but as I said the very inside of the tires in the first 1/4 of the tread both sides wears down so fast its pretty scary. Is this something more than just a frontend alignment???
Thanx
