Electrical Problem Fuse Number 9 keep Blowing 700 1987

Ron - The progress so far. Today, I put another fuse in No 9, all circuits still disconnected and turned ignition to pos 2. Lo and behold the fuse didn't blow, then I connected the turn signals switch and that worked, then I connected the window winders switch and and managed to wind down both the drivers and front passender windows.

Now hers the bad bit, I then turned the ignition switch post position 3 (started the engine) and yep the fuese blew. I know have a serious problem because I cannot wind the windows up! and tips on how I can wind the windows up again manually? - regards
