Volvo 740 / 940 Heater control valves, over 100k ? original one ?? dont wait ! 900

I am not the seller but have spotted what appear to be OEM heater control valves on ebay for $12.95 "buy it now" $5.00 to ship. I would'nt post this but I lost a reliable '91 740 recently when this little plastic valve cracked and my wife drove car all the way home. after replacing valve, resealing water pump, noticed coolant traces down side of block both sides from head gasket.
at 175K hard miles I decided to stop fixing it. Anyway, I know hoses / heater valves are normal wear items and should be replaced but this little part gave no
warnings and decided to crack almost all the way around. Just a reminder to all !
