Code 231 & 121 then 221 & 231 ??? 700 1989

I had code 231 & 121 showing up on my Brick. The car idles rough and I changed the AMM. After the change I cleared the codes and the car continued idleing rough with the check engine light/lambda sond. Now I have code 221 & 231 showing up, any body have a clue whats going on ??? I changed back to the used AMM and cleared the codes and after a while code 221 & 231 shows up. I guess that the old AMM still is ok, could it be vacum leaks ??? The car idles rough.
