What tire? What size? 700

Hey everyone, looking to get a new set of tires and i'm not too really sure what to go with. Basically, i'm looking for an all around very good dry traction, pretty good wet traction tire, snow not being a factor because i have two for that now. Also, something that will handle fairly well. I do around 40,000 miles a year, so wear is also a factor.

Ok, now all the normal stuff behind, i really really want a tire that will stick like glue to the pavemetn, well as much as a 14"r will go. I know 14's are not great by anymeans for performance, but the money's just not around for a set of 15's.

Anyway, what do you guys think? Best bang for the buck wise, pirelli's? Yokos?

Also, can i do a 195/70 on those rims? Or would it not be worth it?

Thanks everyone!

By the way, car's getting better everyday, just changed diff fluid to semi synth, swapped out hte heater motor (thank god for the 13.50 chevy citation w/ a/c), fixed the passenger's seat so it will move back and forth now... all in all the car really doesn't have much left to fix. Swapping out hte old radiator in a few days j.i.c. and saving up for a new set of front rotors. Then it's just cosmetics from there on.
