These are found under the driver side, up against the firewall. It's roughly where the hood latch pull comes through, but more to the left. You might have to take the plastic off that also covers up the fuse box.

There are two, almost identical relays there. You'll have to figure out which is which.

Also, be sure to take the negative lead off the battery if you are going to have your fingers around the wiper motors.
