David: No, not kidding. Had one go out on me and had one helluva time getting all the little bits out of the water passages. Don't know where it came from, since my mechanic got it to replace the original that pooped out while on the turnpike here in Ohio. He thought that it was correct, since he didn't have much experience with Volvos, and other pumps for other cars he had worked on had the plastic impellers. He won't make that mistake again....
