Notchy 'pop' when I take a LEFT and am moving...Help too please!!!

Josh,

My '92 244 makes a similiar "clicking" sound or pop when turning mostly to the left but only when turning at 5-10 mph. I feel this click in the steering wheel. I too thought it could be a bad balljoint rubbing, but like yourself I couldn't find anything wrong although I'm not a real tech so I could have def overlooked the problem. After I had IPD anti-sway bars, and upper and lower chassis braces installed the sound/click went away for about two weeks but then came back. Any help would also be greatly appreciated!!!
