Rampant Oil and Trans Fluid Leaks 200 1984

My 1984 242 is running great, but there is one seemingly minor problem that could probably become a large problem if not fixed. When looking under the car I notice that the etire under side of the car is coated in motor oil, (leaked from engine somewhere?) It is also coated on the engine all the way up to the valve cover. I changed the valve cover gasket, (relatively cheap and easy fix), but it made no difference. Oil changes need to be performed every 2500 miles because of loss. Also, I need to add tranny oil every 3-4 weeks due to loss. I have no idea where it goes. I don't ever see puddles or tranny oil coating the bottom part of my car. Anyway, my question is, does anybody know of any common problem spots that might cause this? Any particular place I should start looking? Thanks in advance. -Logan
