I agree. My '82 245 turbo gets about 24 with a (very) light foot, but maybe 15-16 when I drive as my spirit dictates....

And it's higher octane ga$$$, too.

I have all the intercooler hardware to add, but haven't done it yet. How big a job was it? Did you also change the actuator? Make any adjustments? See a big difference in performance?
