I'm back, with a Volvo!

I have heard all sorts of bad things about the floors on 240s, around the seat area particularly. I think the cause is down to badly fitted bulkhead grommets. First thing I will do when the weather is sunny is to check the floors.

Good advice for the rocker panels (door sills). There is a great rustproofing product called 'Waxoyl' in the U.K. which works really well, having used it successfully myself in the past. It is a sort of paraffin wax that can be brushed or sprayed on,sets like grease, is hard to remove and long lasting. It has 'creeping' properties and is able to penetrate open seams and joints between panels, etc.

We can get Eastwood products from Frost in the U.K.
