Wobble at Speed 200

Vibration might be a better word but I have some shaken going on at 60 and over. The tranny now shifts thanks to a replaced relay, but the driveshaft seems to be doing the shaking. I cooked the center bearing on a sedan and swapped out this one to fix that one. This is the cooked one with a new bearing but I did not find the little spring and washed for the center bearing. Could these missing parts cause the wobbling or could I have bent the whole thing and only replaced the bearing? I also have one bolt missing from the quick repair as I recall.

Thanks
