740 Turbo distributor oil leak question 700 1985

I have the leak described in the FAQs behind my distributor. B230FT engine. If I change this part:

Will it take care of all the seals or is there another seal behind this plate? I did not fully understand the explanation in the FAQ. This part contains some of the seals but does not include the shaft. It looks like my leak might be coming from under this plate so I wanted to be sure I order all the parts I need before taking it off.
