'84 Turbo puzzler SOLVED.... 200

I finally got this motor to start and it would hardly run. Compression was abysmal! 50, 60, 50, and 125 psi, #1-4. It started to spit oil out thru turbo, the blow-by was unbelievable! Now I need some more advice, I have another running '84 245T that is an automatic, needs fender, (I have one), body work, etc. Should I r & r the running motor and put it into this one (which has a great paint job), or should I simply keep the projects seperate and try the major motor repair, later as funds permit? I'm wondering about price/value/etc.
Thanks to all you guys!
