WATER IN MY BLOWER FAN!! WHY?? 700 1991

:] The blower motor in my 700 has filled up with water from somewhere. Any thoughts as to where this is coming from or how to prevent it from filling up with water? I already put the water hose on the hood vents and the water is directed down to the drain holes behind the front tires, no water entering to the blower housing as inspected during the flow. To the left of the blower if i reach in to the heater core??(feel) it seems to be wet in that direction. how is this area drained? why at the bottom of the blower there the plastic is molded like a one way drain into the blower basin? is this supposed to supply air flow for the motor?? it act like a one way drain on mine.... it is a new problem, the has soked the floor rug, but there is no rust or funky smell YET! IT IS GOING TO RAIN AGAIN SOON, and i need to get this figured. im in oregon and the rain can go for months...........thanks people

peace
