can't find o'd relay 200 1984

I have spent hours on here trying to find my o'd relay.I looked behind the glovebox and behind the radio.I have seen pics of a blue one on an '83 model.I found the fuel pump relay by unplugging it;car won't start etc.I found an orange one and a black one that I have no idea what they goto.They both have power too them and circuits seem to be ok.Haven't seen a blue one.Anyone know where this thing is?Thanks for any help..
