They are about $6 US at the dealer. I just replaced one. To replace it, examanine the new one and you will see the four pins that lock the plastic expanding rivets (for lack of a better description). Push these four pins into the chassis and let them drop. Remove the gas cap and hinge. Replace the hinge. Re-install the gas door/hinge assembly and drive the plasted pins into place.
