Blitz Dual Solenoid Boost Controller Install Questions 900

I recently purchased a gently used Blitz Dual Solenoid Boost controller that I need some advice on installing on my 1993 945 Turbo; the previous owner had it installed and removed by professional, so he did not have the installation instructions. The unit consists of a control unit, wire harness, and solenoid.
I removed the stock boost “indicator” and put in a calibrated boost gauge a while back; this gauge runs off a capillary tube, not the original vacuum line. The boost controller gets it’s signal from a vacuum line type tube. My first question is, what line should I get the signal from? I was thinking maybe the fuel pressure regulator line, or the CBV line. What do you think?
My second question pertains to the routing of vacuum lines to the Solenoid. I would assume that “In” connects to the turbo compressor housing fitting, and the out connects to the wastegate actuator. In the provided links, it seems to me that they contradict each other. (Link 2 being the correct way). Please let me know what you think. If anyone has had any experience with this controller, please let me know; especially with tuning the controller. For the time being, it will be controlling the stock Mitsubishi turbo; for Christmas I am buying myself a rebuild of my T3 Super 60 (Where I really hope to see the benefits of this type of controller!)

Thanks
