whats the difference between independant rear suspension and multi link?

Yes you can. I had special springs made from an outfit in St Mary's, KS. Also bent another set of wagon springs. The latter were too low for me and the others too high, so the third set was a charm. If you are looking for lower, I have a set that were on a 91 940 SE. Not certain if they will fit, but believe they will.
