That's not what i've read in other posts here, nor is it acceptable as far as the instructions with my A/F meter. 0.933v is the base acceptable voltage to try to attain to assure you've got enough fuel to support boost levels above stock

anything less than 0.9 is considered dangerous territory. My Dawes A/F flags red (bad) below .9v, yellow (OK) from .9 to .95 and green (lotsa fuel, can increase boost if you want) from .95 to .99.

Thats what i'm basing this on, in addition to my old warped head looking like it had never seen fuel before, based on its internal look
