Fuel preference?

Yes, please. I mean, I put in 92 octane or the highest available. Does your car have the filler door on the top next to the trunk? If so, there's a little drain hole in there to keep it from flooding with rain water (or carwash water or Evian water or Diet Coke). Make sure it doesn't get clogged with muck or you'll have water (or Diet Coke) in your tank which is plain ANNOYING. You could try low octane fuel and if it runs alright and doesn't ping (that foamy, meatallic gurgle) when you stomp on it or go up a hill, you're probably fine. Otherwise, try a higher grade. If I get anything less than 92 in any of my old cars it's immediately noticable; they lack power and ping like a set of golf clubs...

Cheers!
