Radiator removal/installation HELP PLEASE! (GETTING STEAMED)

I know, the book value is very generous! These cars are just simply amazing. I have a 96 nissan maxima se (173,000 miles) that i drive less than my 2 Volvos (both 740 GLE Wagons). Its just that these vehicles are very safe reliable, and so darn practical. Thanks for the radiator/book value info!
