Reward offered for solution (seriously)

Are you willing to modify it to increase the mixture? If so, you could add electrical resistance to the ECT sensor, fooling the ECU into thinking the car is colder than it is and causing the ECU to increase injector pulse width. I would start with potentiometer that goes from 0 to 2000 Ohms or so.

You may have to make adjustments with the ignition off, as the LH digital ECU may see a fluctuating ECT signal as a failure of that circuit and run to some default failure setting stored on a PROM chip somewhere. Just make adjustments gradually and record the results.

This worked well with the old Bosch D jetronic system. It was all analog, and you could adjust it while driving!
