Here's 2 options for you. I was just in contact with an Ebay seller. His email is chevybobs@netzero.net. He said he was about to part out a 164E "with overdrive". Maybe this would be the transmission you want.

OR, bring a car trailer to Phoenix and pick up the '75 164 auto that's been parked for 20 years in my ma's yard. Not rusty, paint faded, interior sun rotted, parked because of smokey exhaust. Price, FREE.
