power seat switch harness 700

I need to know how to get to the power seat switch controllers harness on the drivers side. My plan is to replace my defective unit with a a complete one from a junkyard. I do not want to cut any wires I just want to replace everything wires and box. I have read the description on how to get to the wiring harness in the FAQ but do not see what is described under my seat. What I can feel/see under my seat is a flat piece of metal with a bunch of holes in it and the big bar that sits under the front of the seat. I am just looking for a more detailed description of how to get the front seat cusion up. Thank You.
