What are the signs of a Worn out Turbo? 200

Hi I have a 85 245 turbo with intercooler and 131K on it. I was weondering what are the signs that say I need a new turbo. To my knowledge the turbo has not been rebuilt before and it is not doing anything real funny. But I was wondering what I should watch out for. Thanks in advance for replying.
