Center driveshaft support bearing 'singing' 745T- M46 700

Did not install the rock guards as they didn't fit well with the aftermarket support. Had to drive about 10 miles of "soupy" red clay roads in Arkansas some of which found its way into the sealed bearing. I pulled it down cleaned it (it felt smooth but apparently has some minor spalling or pitting) and repacked it with grease but apparently too late to save it. Here's the problem the new Volvo parts are on order but won't get here before we have make a 700 mile trip pulling a loaded trailer. I'm thinking this bearing is lightly loaded and should make it? You can't hear it at highway speeds or with the radio on. Does anyone have experience with a failure of this bearing and how long it could last before coming apart? Or what is the worst case scenario?
TIA
