Blower Motor 89 745GL 700 1989

My heater blower motor just went out. I'm trying to save a few bucks and buy it at a local parts store (Autozone). Can anyone help me out with the part number? I've already taken the old one out, but the numbers on it don't mean anything to the parts person. I really don't care about the "upgrade", the last one lasted 220,000 miles, that's good enough for me. The old BM has 3 retaining screws, a squirel cage, and a plug for a 2 prong connector. It has the following part numbers on it 5049135, and 1 124 9.

However, if I do need the "upgrade kit", and the price is reasonable, I guess I'll upgrade.
