Unless you use a post-2001 Ranger motor...

The current generation V6, borrowed from the explorer, is rated at 207hp. I'm assuming that you'd be using a previous generation motor, which are rated at 160hp (this per edmunds.com 'history of...' page for the Ranger). The B230FT is rated at 162hp and 187 ft.-lbs w/intercooler. The turbobricks page has plenty of ideas for increasing stock power, and I imagine that you could easily top 200hp without spending a great deal of money.
