1800 transmission question

The 1800 is probably the easiest stick to learn on. I taught my girlfriend how to drive a stick on my p1800 (aren't I nice/crazy?) and she drove it like a pro. She still has trouble in the 145, though, because the longer stick increases the potential to slam it into the wrong gear in the midst of panic. The 1800 is like a toy; it should be very easy. Lesson one: Step on the clutch...WAITAMINUTE!!! I DIDN'T SAY LET IT OUT YET!!
