No, they won't really fit into 122 seats. I believe you can take the seats from a 140 and put them in... maybe even from a 240. I need to find out soon, for the seats in the 122 are completely shot. I took the headrests out of the 145, though, for increased visibility and so you can crawl around from the front to the back easier while camping/road tripping/sleeping (It has curtains all the way 'round). Sort of oxymoronic, but in my girlfriend's 145 she had seats from a 240 with those big, solid, slotted headrests and she covered them up with sheepskin seatcovers so it was really hard to see anything. She ran into stuff all the time, but at least she was *safe*
