240 Front End Too Squeaky 200 1991

Hi
Wondering if anyone out there has a good guess as to the source of a very squeaky front end. It squeaks whenever I go over a bump or externally push down on the front end. It was squeaky before I changed the front struts, and it still is squeaky after- so, I am thinking that perhaps some bushings need replaced? I sprayed WD40 down there everywhere I could reach to no avail.
