Seat heater relay loaction 700

Thanks to the two prior replys on where the seat heater relay may be. But, does anyone know for sure where the relay would be for a 1990 turbo wagon (leather seats). Glancing under the seat i do not see a relay hanging down. Also i have been under the console before and do not remember seeing a relay in there. I could have not noticed it though.
