wierd electrical stuff???

Tap the brakes.. just enough to make the brake lights come on... hhhmmmm

I would pull the tail light buckets and check the wires and light bulb holders.
make sure the tail light assembly is grounded and all that. Light ckts when they
get flakey can have interesting effects as you hit bumps or hit your brakes.. etc etc... worth a look perhaps.
