240 Front End Too Squeaky

It's unlikely on a car so young, but it is possible that your upper strut mount bearings are noisy. Open the hood and have a helper bounce the front of the car up and down as you listen to the top of the strut towers. If the bearings are noisy it wil be quite obvious.

You can also try getting a can of silicone spray and spraying the bejeesus out of every rubber bushing you can find up front. The 'tray' bushings (rear, lower control arm bushings) are notorious for giving up the ghost at 100K or less. The lower spring seats can also get noisy with age.
