Yes it's a 700

This Bumper is part of a multi part kit for the 90/91 740's.
The parts include the Frt/Rr Valances side skirts rear spoiler, snow hood which covers the grille mesh at the base of the windshield, + a attachment betwwen the rear lights that make them look like one large light( which I think looks awful)
It was optional in the US and I think standard in Canada the model was called the 740SE. Other than the kitthe jury is still unsure the difference between the 740SE and the regular Turbo's. The Kit should fit 760/780's with the same bumper style and maybe the early 900's.
The kit is still available from volvo but be prepared for sticker shock.
The front in the US would be about 6-700$.
Down the street from me is the same car, same color, and it looks SWEEEEEEEEEET.
