busted motor mount - 240 200

Hello -
I took my '89 245 into an oil change place today and the people there tell me that the motor mount near the oil filter is busted.
This would explain all of the recent vibration I have experienced.

My questions are
Is this an expensive fix?
How long can I let it go?
What is the worst case scenario if I let it slide until after the holidays?

This brickboard has always been a great resource for me. I appreciate any guidance.
