Bulb out warning light

Have the same problem, come to find out the actual "light out" bulb was loose. It seems a common occurance as I have had to replace the instrument cluster twice now and both "lights out" bulbs where missing,in the used replacement clusters. OK I am making an assumption here.
You can pull the bulb out and check it for "loose fit syndrome". You can do this from behind if you have small hands and can shape shift or pull the cluster out and check it that way-much easier. I honestly think the "bulb out" light lights cuz the "bulb out bulb" is loose....but I beleive in most conspiracy theories also. Anyways I replaced it with another bulb and its all good now. ciao Dean
