Open underhood connectors...what are they?

The one near the main fuse is a test point. 1 wire grounds out the idle motor, the other is for checking/setting the mixture with dwell meter or LED tool by turning screw in air mass meter. The 1 by the washer pump is for the rear washer pump on a wagon. They only made 1 harness, fits sedans and wagons.
