i use a a set of coilover type strut tubes made by a guy here in CT by the name of tom smith. basically, the lower spring perch is a threaded collar which is adjustable by about 2 1/2 inches. this setup uses easily sourced 2.5 by 8 or 10" springs. in the back i use ipds. BTW using diesels on a non diesel car will slightly raise the front ride height
